hi guys, my mate is desperately seeking a parker light lens for his 88 soarer(older shape). Any ideas on where he could get one?? or is there an after market option?
did he try toyota directly? i thought id have to source a replacement (MR2 in my case) lense from somewhere(wreckers or 2nd hand but the bloody thing turned out to only be $22 from my local toyo.
if its a JDM part that will be a bit different. said toyo folks told me they couldnt order in stuff for the imports and fobbed me off with the # for castle hill toyo (*they* can get em in apparrently). i was looking for the SV21 clear indicator/park lenses at the time which as it happens are drop in replacements for the 2 colour aw11 MR2 items (il get em one day no hurry).
Mr. Revhead here was quoted as someone whod be able to get me those, but its apparrently not cheap. id imagine both approaches would net you the lenses you require... (or just visit a wrecker that actually has the car you want with an intact front end). regardless, whichever route you choose - good luck!
