Cheers

Why does the car hunt?

If it's a 4AGE then most likely it's air in the coolant or if it's a 4AGZE then it's pretty much by design.

The SAFC generally has a tendency to do the opposite of fixing problems in my experience.

Yes an SAFC won't help your problem, your problem will be else where.
An SAFC will only make things worse... mine has given me a slightly worse idle and its not even suppose to be doing anything...

hunting on a 4age can also be related to a TPS needing recalibration

everything has been set to +-0, SAFC isn't even suppose to be doing anything but sitting there lol
It is now harder to start, I can't put all this all down to the SAFC though cos it does have its moods even before, but it definatly hasn't helped

Adjusts fuelling over the rev range. Used as a cheap alternative to a fully programmable ECU if you can't justify the cost if you only need to play with fuel mixtures.
