NO Sad

you can get it rebuilt for bout $300 or convert it to rack'n'Pinion

you can use a rack from i believe its a 79 mazda 323 or the old lasers apparently fit too. it will need some mods to get in and sit right but can be done.

i am still yet to know anyone that has done this as there is no real need since it is such a light car and if you dont have the strength to turn it then get a caqr with power steering Very Happy

thanks for ur answer

i think you might misunderstood me tho...

i mean i would like to change the steeringwheel, i want a smaller steering wheel, some gt/racing wheel or something, but since i cant find anything for the ta22, i wondered if it fit from a newer yota...

but if you understood me the first time, i guess the answer is no?

just making sure Very Happy

Thanks again.

Oki, thats what i hoped, but i have a problem finding the ta22 listed anywhere.

someone know about another car i can order the boss from? seems like most hubs lists starts 1980 and up, so if its the same hub/boss on for example ae86 i would be happy to know

http://www.autoconcepts.com.au/prod_adaptors_stand _fr.htm

SAAS model number BK40L

Should fit momo stud pattern and obviously SAAS wheels. About $70-$80 from autobarn for the boss kit.

Its a different adaptor to the RA23 celicas and the AE86's too.

it will fit the 75 as well. i bought one of these for my 75 ta22 and it worked perfect. there is no difference in the steering coloum in all ta22 year models.
