It is a bargain, sad 2 see it go, having owned it for 3-4 years. I got many many pics of the build up, it was full bare metal.
Problem is, I am working 10hrs a day, and own 2 other cars that I drive regulary (thrash). I cant afford the time or money to upkeep them and finish a project. (and my GF is going spastic about the cars taking up her parking spot lol)

Excuse my ignorance, but does "Open T diff" mean that its got a T-18 diff in there, but no LSD?
Also, how disassembled is it? What needs to be done to get it up and running?

Yes, stock T18 diff, open centre (jap LSDs fit)
The interiour is not in, needs ECU, wheels, suspension. Bottom end is stock original, but just about everything else is brand new or reconditioned.
Engine is mounted, box is on, tailshaft is in, exhaust is done, intake is done (no filter), coil packs in with plugs and leads and ignitors.

Absolutely no rust and VERY straight. SAAS wheel, Massive radiator with brand new thermo. Factory ECU, 2x toyota ignitors and new Commodore coils wired in, just requires multicoil adapter.
6 months rego from next week, transferable anytime u get a RWC (I keep the plates in the meantime).
Might consider $6k
