7MGTE MA61 4 SALE
I Have a 85 Toyota Supra for sale.
Straight silver body NO RUST.
All Supra options A/C, power windows, steer, etc.
Engineered with 7MGTE, conversion done well.
Stock Supra alloys.
Recoed W58 been in car 2 months, very tight box.
$700 heavy duty clutch installed at same time as gearbox.
LSD.
Recoed brake booster and and power steer with overhauled calipers.
NO Head worries- has been decked with new gasket and bolts.
approx 80 on engine.
Nice interior with retrimmed sports seats and sports steer wheel.
Autometer boost guage and speco tacho, boost controller 11psi.
Turbo Timer.
Supra front mounted intercooler.
Everything works never had troble.
Car is very quick and very reliable and will eat most things on the road and it looks tuff too not a show pony.
Goes well on long trip.
Comes with new turbo. I don't know why I bought it but it comes with the car.
If you want a quick Supra you will be hard pressed to find a better, quicker car for the money.
When I think of more shit I'll post it up.
Reg till 15th november, insured with shannons $1,200 premium for 9 grand cover + no rego worries.
If you want it registered before sale I'm willing to negotiate but will pass rego no worries.

There's a guy selling a stock MA61 on these forums for $5200, and I still get people ringing me up saying "oohhhh it's just out of my price range"-- what with all the good shit it's got on it.
Well go and buy a stock one for $5200 you wanker's and stop bugging me.
$5000 ain't bad considering how good condition it's in and how quick it is.

prob is it aint on road in and condition to drive or have a engine conversion. I had my celica on the market for $6K with new paint yrs rego RWC engineered with so much stuff it wasn't funny
i had a FU$% wit come drive then tell me that.... long story short he now has a TA22 with a 3tgteu(no electronics loom ecu etc) not on road painted or engineered or the seats suspention brake conversion hahahaha and he has just spent $6000, calls me asking how they hell i did it so cheap! i told him i didn't and that it costs a lot to build up a car, NOW!!! wishes he bought the car haha it made my day!
anyway yes enough of me taking over your topic!

Hey All.
I am that "person" who has a friend that wants to sell his Supra for $5200 in Melbourne (and is still for sale). I bought mine for $12000 in May, and is completely stock including the radio and exhaust system... What the hell is the matter with you peoples. Here you are wanting a Supra but don't want to pay that much.
Look, this car is worked and has a 7M-GTE Motor with Certificates. I would have gone to Sydney to buy it.
That is my 2 cents worth.

Guys - this car sounds an absolute bargain. I don't know why it hasn't been sold yet. If the insurance side didn't worry me (not sure i could even afford 3rd party on that beast), i'd be thinking of selling my car and going to Sydney. And Silver isn't even my favourite colour. People in Melb say Syd is too far away? Bah - cost of a plane ticket surely isn't much in the scheme of things if it's the car you want.
Rust free, new 7mgte engine, new box, new clutch, nice interior....wow. I payed the same for my Celica 2 years ago (rust free, immac interior, garaged, well maintained, tint, 2" exhaust, s/steering wheel & 12 stacker) That was pre-GST when used car prices were higher, and Tassie prices are more expensive than the mainland, and there was no way i coulda afforded a Supra, but still....
BTW what colour is the interior?

The way I see it
$1500 to buy the car
$1000 to rego the car (at the most)
About $200.00 for transfer (at the most)
$400 at the most for Custom Plates/ year (I think)
That does not add up to $5800 - anyway - just curious.... have fun with the car.

Mick - I would have bought it for $3000 - I could have parted it out and made my money back then some.....
Anyway - for a $1500 purchase - that is the most expensive road registration, transfer and numberplate purchase I have ever heard of...I hope to God insurance is included in that - that could explain the deficit...
