Hi...
I got some springs off one of my mates ( KINGS ) and they are super cut...id estimate about 2-4 coils cut... and now my car is almost riding on bump stops....it has about 3mm of travel and hurts my back when going over bumps in the road....
What can be done about this???
I have been told that you can just cut your bump stops but i dont know what to do...
Can Someone please help.......

Says it all.
People who cut springs should be shot. FFS.

Get proper springs.
Or if you want to look full sick. Just not use any springs.

Fit thicker bumpstops to give more suspension travel.
Weld back on the sections of cut springs to bring you back up to original ride height.
Soon I am sure some AE86 fanatics will find this thread and ask what's wrong with cutting down springs and also offer you a better solution that what has been already said.

don't do this...
heating a spring up to weld something to it will temper it (e.g. make it much softer and less 'springy') and the weld will fail anyway.
... get proper springs
