Have been looking at different way to get some camber and it looks like i need to lengthen my control arms to get any decent camber,
i have been considering chopping and welding a block in my ones to make them longer but i have heard that other people have installed different control arms in there cars which are longer, from another vehicle. i have a ta22 anyone know of some which a re about 20-30 mm longerand fit and is this legal.

Cutting and welding of suspension components is illegal unless done by a certified professional and xrayed afterwards....as far as I'm aware!
The best and most legal option is to search around for longer control arms, sorry can't help you there! Maybe try RA40 and RA60's?

do you have the dimensions of the busher were the bolt goes through and also, does it have the same system were there is a ball joint were the steering strut shoe sits on?

these are my rose jointed control arms, they are great cause there is heaps of adjustment, but they are illegal. tho i doubt you'd ever get caught with them, but if your ever in a fatal accident you'd prob get shafted.

well then yeah people like the sigma arms, but they give you a fair bit of camber, so you might want to go for adjustable strut tops to back it off a bit.

You were talking about lengthening the originals by welding a block in!!!
This is for racing only (not suitable for road use)-
You can get another set of control arms, cut both sets so that if you add the inner end of one and attach it to the outer end of other, you will get your increased length (30mm is a lot) box the welded joint area with a flat plate.

were woudl they have measured the 330mm from edge to edge or from center of the bolt and center of the ball join.
because the ta22 one is about 35cm's long edge to edge and about 32 center to center, anyone know some control arms i should try.
yellow rolla i want a legal solution to lengthening control arms any suggestions.

We used sigma control arms on the T18, worked good. Just had to angle grind down the back of them which rubbed a little and cut down the crush tube and sand down the bushes where it attaches to the chassis.
Havent measured the camber, looks good though Wider front track than rear, might be an issue on a road car?
If the sigma ones do fit Ta22's, make sure you get one pieces from an early sigma, the later models have bolt on ball joints and are apparently longer.
Im sure every wrecker has an abundance of sigma;s, ours did at least.
