Choice turbo for a custom bolt on turbo setup?

Now it's not a Toyota I plan on building this for, but i'm thinking a CT turbo might be the way to go (always plenty for sale pretty cheap)
The motor is a Mazda BP01 (1.8lt 16v sohc) I'm not sure which of the CT's would better suit my application. the CT12 seems too small, perhaps the the CT20 or 26? what would you suggest? The car will likely run a max boost of 8-10psi intercooled.
Cheers,
Ashlin.

id got something with a gt25/28 or t3 flange as these are the popular turbos atm. gt25s of ca18dets/sr20s sell for around $200 in good condition and will run 10psi all day. garret makes f.ukin good turbos

you could use a BP turbo motor out of a familia. advantage is its twin cam, low comp, efi and similar to your engine already. might save a few dramas jus to sway engine....just an idea to throw in the mix

hehehe i thought i might get away from people suggesting the BPT on toymods, no such luck
thanks for the suggestion, you are 100% correct the BPT is really a simple option for boosting my car. However i'm going to stick with the sohc motor, using standard compression. A couple of people in the states have done it, but no one in australia as far as I can tell.
I want to do something diferent. And the satisfaction of getting my own turbo setup running would be great. Besides i'm not after huge power. Arounds 100-120fwkw.
cheers.
oh btw, my motor is EFI too.
