thanks to leighp , he showed me how to run diagnostics on my ae92 gze. the error code is 51, anyone know what this error is , or point me in the right direction

this is for AFM gze might work

1985 – 1986 4AGE

1 Normal
2. Air flow meter
3. Ignition signal
4. Water temperature sensor

thanks heaps for that old_mr2. im still a noob to these engines, what is the swith signal, what could be wrong with it and how could i fix it

code 51 is nothing to worry about

it just comes up to say hey the a/c is on or off not to sure

but its to do with the a/c system

some toyota ecus show this code

its not really an error

if u dont have a/c or its not hooked up then dont worry

I just had this error on my gz and it turned out to be the throttle sensor wasent making contact when it was opening and closing this also means error code 51 there are like 3 things throttle, ac and somthing else i cant remember

thanks for the info guys , am looking into it now, just gotta get the altenator fitted, since the old one shit itself again! and it wasnt even a standard gze one. meh
