 How the F*** do I get this off ??? (Seca owners needed!!)

Have any of you Seca owners out there ever tried taking that middle section of the back off?? (in the picture)
When i hit a bass note it rattles like all hell and i want to rip it off and then glue it back on nice and tight.... well easier said than done!!!
after about 40 minutes of trying i end up snapping a 1/3 of the red bit completely off (it is now fixed there by liquid nails) Is there some secret way of getting it off? I'm very close to just beating the shit out of it with a claw hammer!!!

DONT SMASH IT, you have to take the interior boot lid trim off and undo it from ther inside, i had to take the one of my SX seca cause of bass rattle, i was running two rockford fosgate 18" subs, they shook the shit out of the rear, so i removed it, sound deadend behind it wedged some small peices of folded paper into the gaps on the sides so it would no shake and the noises we so well reduced that you could barley hear any noise at all.

sigh... i allready tried that, got the boot inner skin off fine, then started to unscrew the gold nuts holding it on. But oh, no i'm not allowed to have it that simple. they just spin the bolts they attached to

OH, maybe they have snaped away from the plastic on the outside, another thing you can do to reduce noise, is to reomve that peice of diamond plate aluminium you have behind the number plate. im sure that would not be helping your vibration situation.
