No. MX10,12,22 all have E series diffs.

It would need some engine work (probably plugs and points, oil and filter change, front main seal if you had aspirations of driving it with the 2M rather than doing an engine conversion), reco front calipers, exhaust, rust repair of the sills as a minimum to get thru RWC. I obviously haven't driven it (other than into my back yard) but seeing as it still has the original shockers, I'd say you'll need a set of them too.
Definitely a restorer rather than a ready to rock and roller. If it was completely rust free, RWC and super tidy, I'd be adding another "0".
Price is somewhat negotiable.
