Cartech (also called IDB I think) in Richmond (right by North Richmond train station) was used by a friend and he said they were reasonable and good. I have spoken to them and it seems to be run by an older guy who isn't interested in bullshit.

I've heard varying stories about some of their work, but as an engineering place they seem ok.

You can also get a list of registered engineers from Vicroads and give them all a call.

Good luck whoever you end up going with.

Chris from Ceedra Services in Keysborough is worth a call, otherwise try Archie Robinson in Bayswater, although he's a bit of a grumpy old fella at times Very Happy

Hey
I have a question bout this, if you do any kind of mods do you take it to an engineer and he/she/it checks it through to make sure its legal and pass it or is it completely different to that? Also whats the cost?
Thanks
Troy

Sort of like that... Best thing to do is make a list of everything you want to do, go and talk to the engineer (if you've got a lot of stuff to ask, offer to pay for an hour of their time - you'll get on a lot better with them that way!) - it's a lot cheaper this way than to bark up the wrong tree and have to start again later. Shocked
