it reads like one set of four springs to me... and unless you have a strut front/live axle rear wheel drive AE82,the answer to your second question is no.

yes they are. I suspect they're a set of kings springs a pedders outlet had made up,then sold,seeing as the pedders red is wearing off in places,and is showing the kings springs yellow beneath.
these were in my current daily driver until recently,as I swapped my previous car's complete setup across.
