1JZ Web sites Sat, 09 November 2002 07:01 Go to next message
Does any 1 know of any good 1jsites with wiring info...
Or know an able person...
People on Toymods shy away at 1j conversions,Just look at the replys 223, 278, on some wally who writes, "my 4ac is lacking power at 100 klms" Fark off... Of course your crap 4ac will have no pwer at 100 ks Shit they dont have any power at 20 ks.

So cmon and help the new skool technology a bit more, if u know the info share it, thats what these sites are for..

Please

Is there anywhere to upload files onto the forum? I've got some PDF's of wiring diagrams off the JZA70 Supra and JZX80 Chaser (both running 1JZ motors) but they're too large for one e-mail... Can't remember the site I got them from though.

The 1JZGTE Motor (Early Version)... awesome engine, I've got one, but still running stock computer (gotta get that changed) - has all the limiters you could ever (not) ask for... 180 speed limiter, 1bar boost limiter, HP limiter (280) and the ECU can't be chipped. Much like the 2JZGTE, just missing sequential turbos and 500cc. From my experiences the 1JZ is a very revvy motor, from 2800RPM the engine just goes so damn hard all the way to the redline.

I'm not sure what you mean by low-tech stuff...the number of people mucking around with 1JZ Cressidas, 1UZ's into Cressidas and Mk3 Supras...the list of newer high-tech engines goes on and on...

Stop dissing carbies too, I personally don't like them either, but there is a place for everyone and everything here! The diversity is what makes it good! Very Happy

As for the files, how big are they exactly? You need to find somewhere to host them on the net, try looking for a free site...

Bugman,
Unfortunately no I don't have any. There might be some floating around on the net somewhere but I didn't see any when I was searching (I needed specifically 1JZ information).

Bugman,
If you really need them for yourself of the GA70 diagrams, try to get hold of Grant, he can sell you a copy, $60 I think and thats pretty comprehensive from what I gathered from him...
