cant get rear bank spark plugs out

anyone know how the mechanics do it?
i cant get the 3 rear spark plugs out of the 3vz-fe
is there a special tool i need?
any help appreciated

I thoght you had to remove the intake manifold. Thats why the back three are platinum and get done every 100,000

You have to take off the intake plenum (not manifold). A few wires/plugs/hoeses etc and should all be good. Probly a good idea to change you valve cover gaskets, spark plug seals, intake plenum gaskets etc etc.

what about the gaps?
i wouldnt need to do anything with that?
just put the new plugs in? and thats it?

Gaps?? Do you mean spark gap? They should be preset when you buy the plug. I'd recommend NGK Iridium.
You don't HAVE to change anything else..but while your there..you can. I would. Things like cam seal, valve cover seals, intake gaskets, spark plug tube seals etc etc. Might aswell while your there...save havn to pull the whole thing off again when it starts to leak.

ahh ok, yeah im still kinda new to doing things to my car
are those things you mentioned hard to do?
