MAJOR HELP NEEDED!!!!

I know this is a stoopid question, but I dnt know so I'm gona ask it.
How easy is it to get a 3SGTE into an AE101? What mods need done to it?
Would it be better to have a 3SGTE or a 4AGE 20valve in there? I don't want my handling to go down the crapper totally either so I dnt want an unnecessarily heavy lump up front in a front drive motor!
What are the 0-60 times for them?
Also, I have the option to either do this, or get a 2.0 Prelude ( I know this kicks it's ass in speed and can be done up styling wise to be better too) or a Merc C200 (Again... I know!!) I have an aversion to the merc cuz I like jap motors too much, buT i am confused!!!!! I dnt know what to go for!!! There is even the idea of a mk1 MR2 lingering in my mind with poss 4AGE conversion. I just can't decide what to do!!!! It's driving me mad.. literally... What to do!!! See, I dnt want a "sports car" people are gona fly past(prelude) but I want a "sports car" cuz it looks damn cool!!! and that matters!!!Also, the younger the car the longer it'llast me, so that's pushing the mk1 MR2 a little down the list. I need a car that will go pretty much major trouble free for 5 yrs. The Merc is my main problem. I know it won't be as fast etc., but it is a MERC! and I'm 21!!! and it would just be too kool to have a MERC at 21. BUt a wicked ass corolla isn't a bad thing I just don't know what I want to do. See, I dnt actually like the prelude kuz when I drove it i didn't like the driving position, and the poxy 2 litre is just weak. What I actually wanted was a celica from 1991, but I am priced out due to the insurance So, I think I will cut out the prelude. That leaves a mk1 MR2 with 4AGE, Merc c200 and AE101 3SGTE/4AGE What to do?!?!?! I know I like the rolla. I had an AE92 till sum arse stole it, and I seen the AE101. The Merc i dunno, and the MR2 I duno how it'll hold up.
If ne1 kn gime any ideas I would greatly appreciate them

Doode,
Either way, it seems like you'll be without a car:-
Honda Prelude: Probably alot of time spent off the road & in the workshop getting body kit, paintjob, other mods + 'MAJOR RICE LABEL'.
AE101: Time off the road getting an engine conversion.
MR2: Time off the road getting repairs for what is a 10 year old car (I'm assuming it's a AW11 you're referring to).
Which leaves the Merc: You're just 21 ... anyone will say it's your folk's ride. There'll be lotsa time for this when you have a family later on. 2 seater cars won't be at that stage ...
Me therefore suggests ... GET A HYUNDAI!!!!
But seriously, you have to stop & think. You've started the process so think it all the way through. I just hope you're not like this when it comes to women ...

But seriously though ... if I had to choose one, I'll go for the MR2. Not sure why but AE101 being FWD, I can never accept them as a pure sports car ... Same goes for the Prelude.
A Type R is a different matter though.
As for a Merc, yes ... they are good cars. My old man drives one but then again, it's not really the image you'd want for a young person like you.
So ... MR2 is the go in my books. You only live once ...

Boyz,
Much appreciate ur ideas.
Dodgy Haro: No, I am not like this when it comes to women
Bliz... ur missing the point. I KNOW the Celica is a NIIIICCCCCEEEEEE car, even if it's not a GT4. Point is in this damn country (UK) I can't get insurance on it.
I am gonna take my time and think it thru. Y'see the reason I have this dilemma in the first place is cuz I wanted a Celica and then checked out the insurance recently and due to international economic events it has rocketed outside my price range. So, the prelude was the only near alternative, but I dnt actually like the prelude as much.
We shall see, I think I am gona take my time and drive around n c wat happens.
Cheerz newayz boyz.
