It's a real media file, do you have real player installed?
Or you could try Windows Media Player Classic which also plays real media files.
As for the video, wow  Forgot to mention it also has a 5 speed gearbox + reverse

I saw this thing from an old episode of top gear when i was in primary school, one of my bros friends had foxtel and used to tape topgear for us. That thing was absolutely nuts. I will watch the vid when i get home i loved it then.

Whenever I try and download this it spazzes out my computer and makes it start downloading shitloads of different stuff and increases cpu usage to 100%

no i mean the guy finished building the car over seven years ago I was in primary school around the age of 11-12 when i saw it in an episode of topgear. I'm pretty sure it was complete then i am now almost 19.
