Hi Guys and Girls,

The rollas gearbox e58-11C i think???? not too sure, but anyway it was getting noisy Sad drained the oil and she had 4 litres in it...

Whats the litrage on one of these things? i had a feeling it was 5L? but would love it if someone had any exact figure.

the aw11 e51 holds 4.2liters, i would say the e58 would have to be about the same.

MIght I just suggest, when you fill her back up again, try some redline gear oil. It may help a hell of a lot.

Ok will do. redlines some great stuff ive heard Smile

Anyone else with a E58 or a E51 get a slight whine noise in the lower gears when the cars slowing down Sad similair to the sound you get in reverse.

i have a slight whine in 2nd. i have Penrite Limslip90 and the Penrite LSD additive in mine, seems to be working well and did ease off my gear crunching.
