It was in Zoom, it had a quarter page article and most of the article was a picture of a dude doing a wheely on it.

yeah i got them pics n the webpage for that.... still tryn to find info on the scooter thing.. all i could find was a stupid disciption on some webpage that said sometihng like "some stupid wog has made this..."

Hmm reminds me of the turbocharged ride on bear keg that was in an issue of zoom ages ago.
