There used to be a 'for sale' thread with someone in QLD selling laser cut flanges, but I stupidly thought "I'll pm him later" and the thread got barred.
3S GTE exhaust flange plates for custom manifold
If anyone knows a good place to get flanges or knows the username of the dude that started that thread, can you give me a yell.

Either laser cut, or waaterjet cut. very clean.
desent quality as well.
I bought one from the same guy for an 18RG flange.
