Have you tried Toyota? I just went in there today to enquire about my MA61 sunroof seal and they quoted me $180.
Sprinter one (I asked as well just for the sake of it) came to be $240 and the part number was 63251 - 12030.
Hope this helps.

Yeah its something stupid eh? Just for a strip of rubber going around the sunroof. The MA61 one used to be around $120 or something a year or 2 ago.
Any Toyota dealership with a spare parts department should be able to help. But the one I went to was Heidelberg Toyota.

here we go, Yian sent me this probably after his last post, so I will do an update for him:
I went to Toyota and they were sure the 'roof seals between the MA61 and AE86 are different. They can't say how different, but the guy reckons it can't be far off. Take a look at the parts number below.
Toyota Supra MA61 : 63251 - 14020 $180
Toyota Sprinter AE86: 63251 - 12030 $240
Those were the approximate prices they gave me. I don't know why the sprinter ones cost more, but thats the part number and price he gave me. Hope this helps.
