How much did you guys pay for yours?

I have been quoted $1450 by City Exhausts for a full 3 in mandrel bent system from the end of the dump pipe. the guy suggested that the price goes up from there for a system from the turbo. Are there any pre made ones?

Yes, there are pre-made ones, search for a mob called Aussie Exhausts in Qld (I think), they make kits you can add to in sections at any time, for the ST185. And they might be cheaper than the quote you have already.

I got mine built from stock dump-pipe back for $750(mild steel) inc mandrel bends with straight thru muffler.I then purchased the Aussie dump-pipe(worthy mod for spool)

All it is, is a straight 3inch pipe from the down-pipe to a flexi section then to rear axle. Then it requires the mandrel bends and muffler etc. Mind you I don't have a cat installed so that brought the cost down. Cool

Apexi, Blitz, HKS and Aussie Exhausts all make bolt ons.

Hope this helps bud Smile

a full turbo back aussie setups about 2200 ( my last quote ) - ready to go - bolt on , HPC coated and or stainless sections, with mufflers, cat converter , clamps and flex bend + gaskets

i have the dump , and midpipe on mine + the workmanships second to none !

the rear section will go on as soon as i can afford it

Getting a 3" system put on mine on Monday, its stainless and the larger bends are mandrel (the guy reckons mandrel bending the small bends are a waste of money), it's a cat back system, but the guy said that if they could fit 3" piping between the primary and secondary cats, then they would do it.

All up its costing me around $500, thats at Daalder exhausts in Box Hill, they are pretty highly regarded around here.

Dunno what it'll be like, but i'll let you all know on monday after its done Smile

Hey all , im with Classique71 here ,Aussie Exhaust do great work , i bought a Dumpy for a 3SGTE off here , and after about6 months it cracked due to the flexy in my system was too small,i rang them and it was no problem to them at all to fix it and they gave me the flex (What a bonus)!!!! and coated it for a extra $50!! so yes i would give them the thumbs up!!
they can even send the bits out to you via the post !!

i agree with tooch...daalder exhausts in box hill are fantastic. they did the cat backs on mine and my friends ravs. another friend of mine is also getting his rav done there. soon i'll be getting my header and high flow cat done there as well.
btw, if anyone wants to be part of a lukey header group buy for the 3s-fe engine let me know...i'm running a group buy rite now on http://www.rav4oz.com and we need one more person!

Got my 3" done, seems to have freed the engine up a fair bit, sounds heaps better too Smile

Cost me $500.20 all up, including them putting 3" piping in between the primary and secondary cats. Comes with 2 year warranty also, I highly recommend their work.
