I ahve a microtech MT-4 ecu and was just wondering if anyone else is running this or similar on their 2tg engine aswell ??
I am really after someone to give me a basic MAP for the ecu so I can tune it from there.... ei someone to tell me what the figures are in their computer... the injector time at the certain amount of vacuum....
and also how worked is the engine you have it on ??!
My 2tg is a bit worked.... has 3T bottom end....and 2TG head, with some big overlap cams...don't know the exact specs of them...and I am also running 3TGTE injectors....
anyone got any advice on giving me a basic map for this ??!
cheers.

since you have quite a few mods (cams, bigger capacity, different injectors etc) you will be very lucky to find someone with a map that will suit your motor.
The only way to really do it is with a fuel mixture meter in the exhaust pipe to monitor whether the motor is rich or lean, and start from scratch.
good luck

Ring MicroTech and speak to Dominic (spelling) he is running a 2TGEU, if he doesn't know the base settings for one of these engine no on will.
Then get the thing properly tuned on a Dyno.
