okay im gettin a weird issue where i come in heavy on brakes, or im going about 40 behind a number of cars braking constantly.. and revs will drop below 500rpm sometimes and feel like its about to stall. then pick back up again more often than not, but sometimes it stalls.. why? whats on its way out that im going to need to replace?

engine is a 7MGTE in an Auto MA70..

Damo's does the same thing.

But I think its the ISCV not working.
I unplug it, and nothing happens.
Turn the motor off, and it doesn't click or do nothing.
