I'll take the mr2 intercooler if the fins aren't too bent, pm me with your bank details and a price delivered to Sydney. Also, may be interested in any mr2 intercooler piping you have for it.
That's an incredible price for that gearbox!!! Does it have all the shafts?
I paid $800 for mine and it was missing a selector and the intermediate shaft! I take it it's LSD, 95% of gen3's are. So tempting to buy as a spare...
Actually, if it's not too much trouble, can you give me a price on it freighted to Sydney, I'll think about it tonight.

Hey John,
I spoke to you a week or two ago about the cross member for the r154 that you have to suit mz20. Do you still have it? Does the x-member have the gearbox rubber mount on it? You wouldn't also have a shifter for the r154 lying around either would you? Thanks mate
Regards Shannon Forrester

Hi John
Could I get some pics of the Gen 3 3SGTE turbo kit?
I'd also like some measurements in terms of how far out from the engine the kit sticks. A measurement from the head flange to the furthest forward part of the kit would be great.

If there is any change of status on that gearbox give me a holla please, after driving 400km in the last few days its became overly apparent I need a replacement box, before mine fails altogether.
Can be out to pick it up as soon as its ready for such, have money waiting (just not enough to have my current box recoed :\)

Hi John
Keen to see some pics of the TO4S kit. If it looks like I'll be able to cram it into my AW11 engine bay then I'll buy it.

-Totenkopf- wrote on Thu, 07 April 2005 00:19 | davedave, I assume you dont wish it now? If not, is it cool if I take it? I'm not too fussed whether LSD or open, just need a friggin box that is quite possibly in better condition then mine.
EDIT: also any idea what year car the box is out of soarer?
|
You couldn't be more wrong, I'm still waiting on soarer21 to get back to me with LSD confirmation before I deposit the money.
Edit: Ahhh, didn't see the above comment in the thread regarding open centre. It's all yours -Totenkopf-
John, could you get me a price for just the cooler shipped to Sydney.
Cheers,
Dave

We'll see. I can't face the prospect of building a serious 3S with a tonne of flow capability and a strong bottom end then limit it to the flow of a CT20B.
Although I am tempted to see how much power a CT20B can make.

Posting for a mate, who i believe has a '91 Cressida with a busted 7M-GE. I am interested in finding out about the 7M-GTE short motor and the 7M-GTE Manual Conversion Kit. Any details about the engine (number of k's, any repairs needed etc) and info on any compatibility issues we may face would be cool. Sorry for being so vague, but i dont know much about these cars.

Sorry for delay guys
Those waiting on pics, my brother borrowed the camera nearly 3 weeks ago for "a week". Hopefully get it back tomorrow.
Davedave- cooler has the small electric fan attached, yes.
postage would be around $15 I reckon
Totenkopf- Car appears to be a 94-95 model, a little hard to tell age from the back of the car but belts say made for toyota in 1994, so thats all I have to go on. I havent bothered looking at brake lines. It is most definately a 3SGTE, hard to miss the huge turbo off the side of it.....
Josh, you're up to speed on where we are at currently Should have some measurements for you tomorrow as well. Just installing LSD in Supra atm in hopes of the rain staying away from Willowbank drags....
Jinx- Manual conversion is now sold sorry
The short motor has been sitting around for a while as stated. Surface rust in the bores, and a little dusty. Best to re-ring it before use with a light hone of the cylinders.
Should be no compatibility issues other then less compression due to turbo pistons.

Come on buddy. It's a brand new item from a shop, not a second hand thing from someone who just wants to get rid of rubbish.
