 Whats this sticker mean???

Its on the Timing belt cover of my 96kw 4AGE
I just want to know exactly what it reads.
Im presuming it is the date of replacement, and the no. of kilometres until it has to be changed/ was changed...
Im just interested to know how soon I should change my timing belt because I would rather not worry about it (money wise) at the moment.
I did have a look at the timing belt and its pretty good, like its really clean with no teeth missing etc... I can still read all the Toyota Motor co. on it etc...

Yep definately a timing belt replacement sticker.
Looks like that engines done a couple of km's too!
The date is 29/7/2003
The date format in japanese is:
YYYY/MM/DD
but they base their years on the number of years their emperor has been in power... Akihito has been in power since 1989.

Looks like that timing belt was replaced on the 29/7/2001, when replaced the motor had done 250,814kms.

Not sure in specifics but yeah..something like that.
