ae-93 suspension **problems

My signature is everything that is done to my car.
My dampers are completely stock, and shot (especially the rear). Ever since installing the rear sway bar, ive noticed a gradual increace in clonks coming from the rear.
Everything seems ok when i am cornering, but as soon as i go over a vertical bump even at really low speed im noticing some really . . . really unhealthy clonks and generally bad sounding noises
Obviously the rest of my suspension is having a cry because of the added stress im placing on it, just wondering if anyone can offer some specific things to check for. IE which particular bushes or bolts to check, as i don't want the chassis to suddenly snap in half or something.
I don't know heaps about the suspension under car so after some quick advice for what to check for when i jack the damn thing up and have a look.
Cheers

Those clonks...
I get them in my car which has done 173,000k's on original suspension...
It sounds as if the springs are popping out of the cups, but I don't know if this is possible, all I know is, one i went around a corner, the car lifted, the clunk happened, I felt the rear still raised... When I turned the car at the next corner it seated back down again.
Still, I am sure there are others on this board who will help ya!
