with good tuning in think it would take it.
but i really dont have much love for the ACL cast pistons, dont know why....i just dont.
I think a turbo would be the cheaper option here, because there would be less mucking around with making mounts and pulleys and belts for the SC....
Or you can bum all of that and go for a 4a....

possibly get your hands on a metal head gasket that is say 1-1.5mm to take a bit of the compression out of it ? realistically face it you may say 7psi but if youve got the option for more inevitably youll do it so perhaps dropping the compression a shade wont hurt... ? should also add a bit more wiggle room for error in your tuning... ?

yeah i think a 3tgte turbo manifold and ct20 would do nicely, ide probably be happy with 5psi.
metal heagasket would definately be used

You will be... for about a week. Trust me, the urge to crank the boost up will hit you very soon, and then you're stuck with a p00 CT20. I'd recommend getting a half-decent turbo to begin with, eg CT26.
