Hey - I'm still having massive problems trying to get the 3S-GTE out of my ST165, I tried about 20 times with the search engine to find the "how to" because i remember someone posted one a long time ago but I couldn't find shit!
Help me please! Because I don't have a hoist I really need to get the gearbox off first but I'm unable to pry it off the transfer case as there is one bolt left in the way that is practically impossible to get off....I really need that step-by-step guide!
Take engine and box out together to sep in car is near impossible even out of the car its a bit of a bugger because you have to rotate the box to get the transfer case to clear the block.
