Would you be able to ask him how many points the immobiliser works at?
My insurance company states at least 5 point immobiliser..

He said that it was only one point but he was not quite sure. Can't you work it out from the specs coz we don't know how the point system works.

I couldnt see anything that states it cuts the engine off on 5 points off the car.
Eg fuel pump
starter
coil
etc
Maybe he could ask the place where he got it from?

To let everybody know he sold the alarm Yesterday for $460.
MX83: yes it did have remote start and turbo timer. If you are really intrested you can order it from http://compustar.org It took around two weeks to get here.

you dont need a high tech alarm system, to cut off your coil and starter from getting power, you can quit easily make them yourself as i have done, and it will save you some good old $$DOLLARS$$. or you could just go old fasion and just take the rotor out of the distributor. HE HE!
