Hi,

Rip out your EFI and put on some nice side-draught carbs. Then, get them tuned by someone who knows what they're doing and she'll be as sweet as pie after that. Smile

NOOOOOOO Mad never never never ditch EFI for puddle dumpers.

it sounds like its lean thats why its worse when its cold
on an afm type efi system the most likely cause is an air leak between the afm and engine.
check all the hoses and vac pipes for leaks.
best way is to spray airostart or similar around manifold and hoses, if revs go up you found the leak Smile
hope this helps

MATT.

i think the cold start injector/sensor is located on the intake manifoild and is usually yellow or green, you could call ur local toyota dealer and ask them about this, its usually a cheap part too, and very easy to change, so if i were you this would be the first thing i would look into.
