I found this website today, it has listings of all the computers made for popular japanese cars
Toyota
Mazda
subaru
nissan
and a few more it has detailed info on the computers part number and what model exactly that it was from.
I got the part number of the top of my computer and found that it was from a jzx 90 and i thought it was from a jzx70,
Its in japlish u dont really need to download translation pack.
It has tonnes of info on toyota..

I know it dont seem much but , if u have a computer that you dont no what model it was from , this is very informative.
eg: 1JZ's came from a number of cars, supras,chasers,soarers wich all have very different wiring diagrams..
It does not say on the computer what model it was from..
This site can make for an ID..
