yes they are 4x114.3
As far as offset goes you will need 5-10mm spacers to run them on the front but they run fine on the rear with no spacer...
unsure of exact offset

150 is a good offer...
...i just had a closer look at the back of the rim, your spacers will fit easily...
...unfortunately had a look at the rims and they are only 6inch wide...
