should bolt on without trauma - going 18R to 18RC engine would just require the EGR stuff to be removed from the carbi.
one minor point - the RA23 is mcpherson strut front suspension and engine has mid sump - how does this compare to RN51 hilux?
if there is a difference in location of engine mounts and strut towers and crossmember, then you have issues.

i doubt they will fit. as stated u will run into issures with them fouling on your steering from memory.
