im off to germany at the end of the year for 3 weeks and i jus wana know wot do u have to do to be eligble for an international licence plus do u think someone would actally let me hire a car?

Depends where you are going.
Check with the transport authority of whichever country you plan on going to.
In Australia most international licenses are recognised... you just have to do a quick written test and you're on the road.
