Hey, every now and then when I put my clutch in it screches like a bitch, a couple of people have said it could be my thrush bearing? Erm not knowing much about clutches can anyone fill us in a little about this? and how much ruffly they cost to get replaced?
Cheers!

Thrust bearing. A replacement item is probably about $20-50 (depending on the car), and probably a couple of hundred labour to install it since you have to drop the gearbox to get at it.

or spigot bearing?
not sure
spigot bearing = $3
not sure on thrust bearing.
just a bit of a pain to change, so labour would be the main cost....

Spigot bearing is not the same as thrust bearing. The former is inserted into the end of the crank, the latter is part of the clutch mechanism.
