speedo cable price

hey
just wondering how much a speedo cable and elbow bit would be. would i have to get those parts directly from toyota or would it be worth it to get one from a wreckers?

Go to the wreckers, you can't buy new ones from Toyota any more. Been there, done that.

A brand new one from Autobarn for an RA-28 was about $50.
I just purchased one recently from Erina, it was an aftermarket one.

free? nothings free. went to the wreckers and bought the cable for $35 and the elbow bit for $10. put it together and it all works sweet. this thread can be deleted now.
