Swap: Autometer 2 1/16" 30PSI gauge for 20PSI (now for sale) Mon, 11 April 2005 00:42 Go to next message
Would consider selling mine but much prefer swap.
Must be 2 1/16" in good condition. Would consider something other than autometer, but preference given for a US made autometer one.

I have never used it, but bought it off a reputable toymods member.

I'll wait to see what Snyper is doing as I'd much prefer to trade it, but otherwise, I'd be looking for the going rate of a decent condition second hand boost gauge.

Still looking to swap someone, if not found in a week, then it's up for sale.

Cheers,
Dave

Hey man, It's not autometer, but yeah, just thought I'd ask if you still interested in swapping. It's 52mm (i think that's 2 and 1/16 inches, but not sure) Anyways, let me know if your interested.http://forums.toymods.org.au/index.php?t=getfile&id=11353

Jesse: I think I'm just going to hang out for a little while and see if anyone can come up with a decent current gauge (US or Japan made only and have to be able to buy matching ones). I've changed plans and am just going to mount the gauges in a DIN space so I'm not in a super hurry to get the 'right' one now (was going to mount it in the dash which would have been a pain to change).
If no one can come up with one, I might just have to buy a bigger turbo, new computer and some bigger injectors and make enough boost to fill the gauge Laughing

lukiss99: Sorry man, not really looking to swap for anything less than a US made autometer.

Well, I have finally tracked down a 20PSI autometer gauge that matches my other gauges.

So, this one is now up for sale.

As previously mentioned, I was happy to let it go for the same price that I found my new one for. And in this case it's $50.
No, I will not take $35 + your mums undies, nor will I take $60 after someone has said they'll take it.

It's $50 first in first served Very Happy

Located in Taren Point or Oately if you want to pick up, or otherwise Austpost delivers to many places on this fine continent.

Sorry to ruin the dream, but the only way I'll be running over 20PSI is if when I finally start the beast I find out that it's completely knackered. Even then, I think 20PSI would be my limit.

I'd have to work really hard to loosen the nut-cuffs to get there too, when it comes to rebuild time Confused
Something about buying a bunch of bricks is far more important than my MR2 or something like that Wink

Dave,

There is nothing more rewarding than a massive morgage on bits of wood and cement etc.....it regularly keeps me up at night Rolling Eyes
