I am currently considering putting a 3sgte engine (front cut) into my 1985 st162 sx celica. I was wondering how much it would cost to do at a workshop?
Just inquiring first as I am still undecided on wether I should do this conversion or convert my 89 ford laser tx3 from 1.6 n/a to 1.8 turbo. 1.8 BPT front cut would cost around $2000 plus conversion money. They have 117kw and the car is around 1000kgs. They have weak gearboxes but I'd imagine a laser would be an excellent sleeper.
