Not sure where to post this but i want to get the word out.

Sean is appharently thinking of retiring from engines soon, so as he has been such a huge help to a lot of faithful toymodders i would like to put together something to say thankyou from the community.

any suggestions would be great.

excuse my ignorance, who is this gentleman?
perhaps general car talk or the outhouse would be the spot for your post.Best of luck with it,I agree people who have helped a lot of others deserve appreciation. Smile

i spoke to him once in 1995 not long after i bought the feral in Darwin. rung him up on some advice on my engine. he told me all about how it was the 'good' early 4age with the stronger internals, as i found out years later when i pulled it apart.

manmx83, you musnt take note of the adds in Hot4's mags etc.

Apparently Sean works with 2TG and 18RG engines but he is actually a Mach 1 Escort man. I reckon he wants to retire so he can do over one of these instead of his TA22.

Yeh, Ispoken to him a few times since 1994. He's a great help.
What about this post is opened in the out house forum for discussion. Just a thought, but what if each person that he helped go to a mister mint shop get a small shield engraved with there logon name and mabe there engine and or make of car. e.g
omegaman
18rgeu
celica ra28

get them sent to someone to make a shield or something car shaped made of wood place them on and presto???? add a appreciation note, done.
just a thought.
