MA70 Intercooler Setups

I am looking at installing a larger front mount intercooler on my MKIII Supra which runs a 7M-GTE. I currently have a HKS unit on there(which will be for sale at some point) which is a direct replacement for the original but am looking to go larger. I want to run a core with the tanks on the sides rather than top to bottom like the current setup. The problem with this is the piping layout of the 7M requiring the pipe from the turbo to cooler to go across the intercooler to meet up to the end tank.
Alot of people have done this already BUT has anyone still managed to keep the engine undercover plastic thingy, I want to keep this. Also curious what if anything did you need to relocate to make room for the core and what size was the core?
Thanks in advance for any constructive input

I'm also interested in people's experience. I'd like to get a rough idea of cost and difficulty, of piping and bends.
celicaboy2000 had a massive front mount on his MA70 from what I saw, is he still around?

Stenno, the piping isn't that scary. What else can you do to use a intercooler that has the inlet & outlet at different ends? I have seen alot longer intercooler tracts than what I had installed. The difference between boost lag between that setup to the standard setup wasn't that noticeable! anyhow I was happy with the result at the end
Danners, cheers for posting up the pics.
