1UZ measurements

Has anyone got a 1UZ sitting around that I could measure up?
I've got a mate who wants to put one into something, but we want to know what size they are before we pick a vehicle.
Alternatively, if someone in Sydney has one we could come to them.

If you need something specific, I can measure mine.
But
And its about 635 from bellhousing face to tip of crank pulley.
Fan add about another 50-70mm.

Thats excellant for a start.
At least we could figure out roughly what kind of vehicle.
I think he's spotted a cheap clean high k's last model Sigma wagon near his place, which is why he asked.
At little bit different, but definitely a sleeper (as long as he upgrades the diff )

One of my mates has got a sigma with a 308 in it.
Firewall was cut and recess about 8"
There is about a foot between the motor and the radiator.
Of course, its not legal, or registered!

I'm thinking from past ownership, but the Mitsi diff (not BW) from the GK onwards and Scorpions would be a direct fit and have disc rear at the same time !!!
Even a Mitsi Scorpion with a 1UZ would be great. Heaps of room in the nose for a monster IC as well !!!

there is a sigma model (gsi or gsr i think, can't rmember it was 4 years ago, man i have bad memory) that has a rear disc setup that fitted into a gj model perfectly, which was just right for the Commodore v6 conversion that was done in one.

GK GSR was the first Stigma model that had the much stronger Mitsi diff, and all of the scorpions had the same diff (but different rear disc/handbrake setup).
I used to have a couple of GK GSR's and they weren't too bad.

Sorry to drag this back up, but I thought I'd better put in some input.
The engine should fit easy. There are 351 Sigmas getting around, a 1UZ should fit especially with the recess. With that kind of power running through it, The Turbo Sigma diff might not handle it. I'd go for a narrowed 9 inch Ford Diff.
I run a turbo diff, it suits my conversion as the brakes are bigger than Commodore ones, so makes it easy for engineering.
What gearbox will you be running?
He has done a conversion already so I wont babble on about other things to consider.
Will this one be regeistered or not?
