I havn't had time to put both drive shafts in and turn but i can assure you its LSD cause we just ripped shafts out of my current ae101 LSD and they are identical.

Hi,
I think your test (in the vid) is incorrect, even a non-lsd box would do what you are doing. You need to put both drive shafts in and then turn one drive shaft and see what the other one does. Having said that, the driveshaft inputs seem to have the long splines of the LSD box!

Is this a 6 speed? Is it compatible with the aw11 MR2? (89 model that also uses the 4A engine)

Would probably need different drive shafts for the mr2, but if it's the box i think it is you have a buyer, and will offer more then $800.

not really 'compatible' with an aw11, e.g it wont just bolt in and connect linkage's etc. Casting where linkages come out from box is opposite to aw11.

ah i see.

was there ever a 6 speed LSD box relesed in an MR2 that used the 4A engine? If so what is the model name of this box?

nah there was never a 6 spd in an aw11. 5psd c52(4age), 5spd e51(ze)
