CG-LOCK Performance Vehicle Seatbelt Enhancer?

I came across this:

http://www.futurelooks.com/cms/?m=show&id=52
and the offical page:
http://www.cg-lock.com/
what this product does is keep tension in the lower belt but keps just the tension of the inertial reel for the chest. So the theory is that your held down better because you can affort to have more tension there without being uncomftable and hence be better held in the seat. Sounds interesting, what do people think?

If you dont have enough movement, move your seat fowards...

nah road car, well theres a nice easy way to simulate this thing, I will just use something like a g-clamp with 2 blocks of wood to keep the seat belt tensioned and I will see how it feels. I am going to keep an open mind on this one, sure its probably crap but I want to feel it myself first
