Im planning a ZE conversion this christmas hols, and im still deciding on whether to get the whole $2000+ front cut or a $1600 ze+gearbox+electrics sort of deal.
As ill be getting a MAP ze, from reading various installs etc doesn't seem like i REALLY need the front cut, unless i want the new brakes etc
Has anyone done an ae92/93 ZE conversion with just the engine??
its just not worth the hassle only getting an engine package. get the cut you get all the parts and some spares. Dont like your shitty ae92 aircon... use the nicer AE92/AE101 GTZ aircon (poss climate control if your lucky).....new radiator...plus you can see the layout that the original has. Can use the suspension and brak setup (which u will WANT!) etc etc
