Hi all.
If anyone knows enough about how the internals of an AFM are supposed to look like, can I send you a digi photo of mine please ?
I have a pin at position 3 on the AFM body that has a wire connected to it inside the AFM, but there is no connector at position 3 in the loom plug.
If you don't mind replying with your preferred e-mail address, I will send you a pic and get your comments. Thanks, Mitch.

Old school EFI systems have 2 earths on the AFM.
The later EFI systems only use 1 but the plugs the same hence a spare wire.
MATT.

Thanks Matt,
I have found two earths on this AFM, one for the Fuel Pump circuit E1, the other for the sensor E2. And also since found a wiring diagram that seems to indicate (its in Japanese) that there is a third earth in the loom plug.
But, I earthed it tonight just to see what it did and got no change, so its was false hope for me.
Two is right for older AFM's and that is what I have, thanks for the info mate.
Cheers,
Mitch.
