SOLD
Details as follows. 1981 Datsun Stanza Rally car. only did 32000kms befoore
it became a rally car!
ENGINE: L20B 1998cc, Modified with twin 45mm DCOE Webers, extractors and
very nice exhaust system. 106HP at the wheels, Commonwhore radiator, big
thermo fan (car never has gotten hot), Carter electric fuel pump, Malpassi
regulator. Engine is very strong and doesnt blow smoke and has bee very
reliable, never had a problem, and has done 3 rallies. New Urathane engine
mounts and alloy sump guard.
GEARBOX: SR20DET 5 speed gearbox. Strong and very good ratios.
DIFF: H190, LSD and 5.1 ratio in at the moment. Have spare ratio of 4.4 and
have a 4.6 welded in an alloy Carrier! Very light.
SUSPENSION: FRONT: Koni adjustable wet let coilevers, serveiced by heritage
2 rallies ago, adjustable strebgthened loweer control arms, Torana Castor
rods, all new urathane bushes. REAR: Koni yellows with king springs.
BRAKES: Remotely adjustable bias, Twin piston front brakes and TRX rear
calipers and discs. Hydraulic handbrake with original mechanical handbrake
also.
STEERING: 2 and a half turns lock to lock (normally 4 and a half).
MISC: Comprehensive approved roll cage, Cams log booked with reg til march
'06, Driver and passenger bucket seats, sabelt 3" harness (valid until 2007,
4 point), Willans 6 point harness (valid until 2007), Terratrip 202+ with
foot switch, Terraphone pro with 2 pro headsets, Very bright interior light,
Helmet hammock, approved First aid kit, battery in boot with box, safety
triangles, 2x 1kg fire extinguishers, SSS dash, bigger fuel line throughout,
numerous new bushes, One event old IPF spread lights and the big light force
spots on light bar.
SPARES: Diff centres as mentioned above, various lower and upper rear arms,
rear discs and calipers, H190 housing, a few old rally tyres, and a set of
KUMHO rally tyres that have not done much work at all.

I have to sell this because i have a serious back injury and cannot rally
anymore.
I bought this car about 2-3 years ago for 8K without approved harnesses,
fire extinguishers, Terratrip, terraphone. Have spent a lot of money.
Car has been hit in right and left rear quarter and has been repaired
properly with no expense spared on both occasions. Chassis is still
perfectly srtaight.

AAAAAHHHHH NOT THE STANZA!!! ive seen this thing rip up calder on drift days, seems like a good setup for rally but a bit to high for drift. dont sell this man, its a gem. hope the injury isnt too bad and good luck wif teh sale.

Thanks heaps mate.
I have injured my back and cannot now handle the bumps associated with rallying.
I have a very capable sprinter on its way that i will be drifting to fll the void in my life.....
I am able to continue drifting with a supportive seat and harness to keep me still. Thank god for that!
