3SGE should fit in a KE55, they're not that big a motor.
I have one in a Datsun 1600, which I don't think would have that much bigger an engine bay.
I warn you though, unless you start off with a RWD Altezza 3SGE there's a bunch of things you need to do to get it all to work as a RWD motor.
Nothing that can't be conquered though with some time, money and patience.
