Measurements for 1JZGTE and 1GGTE

I'm trying to get some measurements for the 1JZGTE and 1GGTE motors if anyone has one out of the car.
I'm investigating whether I can fit one of these motors into a project car.
Length and width of the bare engines and engines with manifolds etc would be helpful.
Also if anyone has a 1JZ R154 box they could measure for me too. Total length and front of bellhousing to shifter lengths.
