4AGE Running Bad

I've got a JDM 4AGE and all of a sudden it has started running really bad. I just changed the plugs and fuel filter to make sure it wasn't them but at low rpm the car drives like crap, barly make it up a hill, just couhgs and splatters but once it hits 4500 rpm it kicks you back and takes off?????? Does this mean that the timing may be out???

Read the topic 79rollaboy made not long ago his jdm 4age was doing exactly the same thing.. he got a new coil and ignitor, but yes i think it could well be your timing

Does anyone know a part no. for a coil for them??? Are they the same as the AE82/MR2 4AGE???
And what is this topic you are talking about? What do I search under???

well 79rollaboy used a 100kw 4age coil so yes you would be able to use the coils of those cars. I will find out what topic it is and get back to you
